This page explains what personal data Winu Marketing collects when you visit winumaroc.com or contact us, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are under Moroccan law (Law No. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data).
Who we are
Winu Marketing is a digital marketing agency based at N12 Rue 918, Hay Salam, Agadir 80000, Morocco. We are responsible for the personal data collected on this website.

What we collect
- When you fill in a form (the contact page or the "Let's talk" panel): your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address if you give it, company or brand, the services you're interested in and your message.
- When you call, email or message us on WhatsApp: the details you choose to share with us.
- When you browse the site: a small cookie that remembers your cookie choice and, only if you accept, anonymous visit statistics (see section 06).
We don't ask for sensitive information, and we don't collect payment details on this website.
Why we use it
- To answer your request, prepare a plan and a price, and follow up with you.
- To work with you if you become a client.
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it, only with your consent.
We never sell your data, and we don't add you to a newsletter or advertising list without asking you first.
Who receives it
Your data is only seen by the Winu Marketing team. To run the website, we use a few trusted service providers:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which delivers the form messages to our email inbox.
- Our email and WhatsApp providers, to read and answer your messages.
- Google Analytics, for anonymous visit statistics, only if you accept cookies.
Some of these providers may store data outside Morocco. We may also share data when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep messages from people who contacted us for up to 3 years after our last exchange, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep your information for as long as we work together and as long as the law requires afterwards, for example for invoices.
Cookies
When you first visit the site, a notice asks whether you accept cookies.
- Your cookie choice ("cookie-consent"): remembers whether you accepted or declined, so we don't ask again on every page. It lasts 20 days if you accept and 1 day if you decline.
- Visit statistics (Google Analytics): only used if you click "Accept". They tell us things like which pages are visited and from which country, without identifying you personally.
You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's cookies in your browser: the notice will appear again on your next visit.
Your rights
Under Law No. 09-08, you can ask us at any time to see the data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can object to its use. Just write to Contact@WinuMaroc.com and we'll reply as soon as possible.
If you think your data is not handled properly, you can also contact Morocco's data protection authority, the CNDP (www.cndp.ma).
Changes to this policy
We may update this page when our website or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
